Came here for an event and absolutely loved it! We signed up and got a free order of "bonuts", which were yummy but a little dry, I would've liked if the frosting was a little less viscous and more sugary, but it was yummy regardless! The biscuits were also phenomenal, they had meat, egg, cheese, and were paired with jam. I think what blew me away were the pancake corndogs. It was breakfast sausage wrapped in a pancake and served like corndogs and truly I don't think I've had anything like it before, it was so unique to this place and so well done!!

Man-o-man was that food GOOD! We made it just in time before closing and was hoping the biscuits would still be fresh and hot. Let me tell you, I think the cook mixed up that flour and secret ingredients as soon as my order was placed. The biscuit came out soft and fluffy. My goodness! I spread that sweet Apple butter over that hot fluffy soft biscuit and put a little piece of heaven in my mouth. Now, on to the warm pumpkin latte. I've been giving pumpkin a bad rap y'all. Look a here, that warm coffee with a shot of pumpkin and cinnamon sent me into a frenzy! I have a new found respect for the pumpkin. I may try pumpkin pie after this. Chile, hurry up and get to @biscuitbelly and fill your belly with their delicious menu of grits, biscuits, bowls and a host of other food items. They'll welcome you right on into their comfy place.

The food was good and we didn't have to wait for a table. The servers kept coming by to check on us. It was nice and clean inside, outside, and in the restrooms. There were some gluten free options as well as vegan and a kid's menu. They had coffee and sweet tea along with some interesting drink choices. There was cucumber water, root beer, blood orange, and cherry cream. Many different types of breakfast items.

Checked out Biscuit Belly on a recent trip driving up North from Louisiana after an overnight stay nearby. Woke up with a hunger pang and knew I had to get my fix before hitting the open road. Started working my Google/Yelp fingers and found myself making immediate plans to hit up this spot before my trek resumed. I got myself a bacon, egg, and cheese of course on a biscuit. Everywhere in the world is obviously different but I did think it was a tad bit steep coming in at just under $10 for the sandwich alone, but I tried to keep that from influencing me before I gave it a shot. The woman who helped me was very friendly and the establishment (although I was taking this to go) was very clean and well lit. So the biscuit was fantastic. They make these fresh daily and you could tell. I do understand that with quality comes cost, but I still feel this is overpriced. It was fairly small and aside from the biscuit being a real winner, it was just an egg, some bacon, and a slice of cheese past that. The woman inside did suggest adding honey so I tried that after a few bites and that was a nice addition that I'd never tried before. I'll be trying a little honey on all biscuit sandwiches moving forward. Biscuit Belly definitely Didn't Suck, but I couldn't justify eating here often with those prices.

Enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile. I ordered the belly board which comes with eggs, sausage, biscuit and potatoes. The food was delicious. Staff was friendly. Definitely recommend this place

Get in my belly, Biscuit Belly!  I initially thought Biscuit Belly was a local spot since it has a local feel. Turns out it's from Kentucky with locations throughout the southeast. And I assumed it had table service but you place your order at a counter and then seat yourself. Oh, and there's lots of parking since it's in a shopping center. Now that all that's out of the way, we had a terrific weekday brunch here. The menu was massive, and it took me a while to decide what to order. Finally I selected the biscuit bennie ($15.50) which was a biscuit sandwich consisting of tender smoked brisket and poached eggs, drizzled with a heavy hand of poblano-tomato sauce and gouda mornay, and some roasted tomatoes in the corners. Yum!  The service was cheerful and helpful. Since my sandwich was huge, I had to grab a to-go box from the drink station so I could take it with me. Speaking of beverages, can't go wrong with the bottomless drip coffee ($3.20) in their giant mugs with cute biscuit cartoon. Be sure to sign up for the loyalty program to get some free bonuts! Biscuit donut holes rolled in cinnamon sugar with cream cheese frosting dip? Yes please.

Last weekend (2 weeks ago) I finally got to try Biscuit Belly: Hoover. We had been out running earns and shopping and realized we had not eaten breakfast and it was close to lunch and we just so happen to be close by and this place has been on my list anyways. This place is definitely what it says it is. Biscuits everywhere man. If you're a biscuit lover then this is definitely for you! I ordered a Not Chicken and Waffle (I think that's what it was called) and basically it was a split biscuit cooked like French toast and those that know me know French toast is my favorite. I have a tier list it's French toast, waffles, then pancakes for me. Also those that know me know I don't care much for biscuits but these were good especially with the syrup on top. Now the chicken itself was nicely seasoned and I could tell they cooked it fresh. I could also tell they don't marinate their chicken which is fine but it's easily noticeable when chicken isn't marinated because you can taste it's pure white chicken breast. As I said before it was good and crunchy and still seasoned well. I liked it. I give the meal an 8/10. The service was good as well it was very crowded but the way the service was you couldn't tell. Everyone was so nice and very patient. The food came out fairly quickly as well. I was impressed and happy. 10/10 on services. Would I come back here? Absolutely I have a few more things I'd like to try! If you are ever in the Hoover area or live in the Hoover area check this place out!

OMG! We absolutely LOVE this breakfast spot! The perfect brunch! You must start with the Bonuts- fried biscuit balls rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with an absolutely incredible bourbon cream glaze. Honestly, it's such a large portion that you could easily make this your breakfast. I also highly recommend the chicken biscuit, smothered, and sausage gravy. And the bacon pancakes are divine!
